Weightloss in Numbers

I am such a nosy poke, I would love to see inside everyone’s slimming world books, I find it so interesting when I see pictures of people’s books and the ups and downs in them… Soooo here are mine!

I have two books from one Weightloss journey. In January 2015 Slimming World introduced a new plan and we were given new books and ofcourse all the same shiny, happy stickers that had been achieved to go on the new books.

I hope people find this helpful but also remember that everyone is different on different roads and not one Weightloss is the same so never ever compare yourself to others as it just makes you feel pants when you are probably doing very very well anyway!!!!

I have had my fair share of ups and downs, gains, losses big and small and missed a few weeks here and there but I have always stuck with it and still love going to group!

    One week I gained 7lbs then lost it over two weeks then put on 81/2 lbs lost that over two weeks so after 5 weeks of basic ly staying at the same weight the next week I lost 11 and a 1/2 lbs it’s crazy I have no idea what my body was doing x
