
This is so ridiculously easy, it is barely even a Recipe… but a great Puree/Sauce to have with Fish or Fishcakes would even be lovely with Pasta and some crispy Bacon, so I thought it was worth typing up anyway!
- 200g Frozen Peas
- 100ml Water
- 20g Butter
- Large handful of Spinach
- Salt and Pepper
Put the Peas, Water and Butter into a saucepan with good pinch of Salt and Pepper and bring to the boil.
Boil for 1 minute then transfer into a blender with the Spinach and Blitz.
And that is literally it. So so easy and really yummy. I had mine with some Fishcakes which you can find the Recipe for here.
